As we approach a new decade, we’ve advanced and upgraded our business platform to match the requirements of our members. Over the past 8 years we’ve provided top grade buying/selling services in the real estate sector while growing our online presence and web assets. IVANRE has gone from a single agent operation to a growing team with various collaborations and projects. With all the garnered knowledge, we’ve now updated our IVANRE web platform to function and bring value in today’s ever-changing landscape.
Simplifying our data structures was one of the key decisions for the upgrade to IVANRE. We decided to absorb several neighbourhood specific web portals into our central IVANRE app to better provide a cohesive experience across the regions we provide services for. This allows for better organization of information and a single stop solution for our member’s account management and research. We’ve improved our available listing sources and have built a proprietary feed system which gives us the ability to actually analyze real estate listings. This is just the first step in our back-end infrastructure development. The interactions, feedback and client based studies on IVANRE are helping craft the next generation platform currently in development. With this new release of our core brand product, we’ve improved our natural search tools which gives users the ability to search for properties differently than anywhere else on the web. We’ve focused heavily on modern, responsive design and crafted a reworked, percentage based visual layout that now represents our brand ideals and allows users to focus on the information which really matters, no matter which device. We’ve also implemented core semantic orders that support better recognition in the evolving voice based search space.
Our Forward 2020 focus is to continue providing the award winning services we have for years to an ever growing client base. Simultaneously we understand better than most real estate industry personnel that technology is ever changing. Therefore we’ll continue to release products which benefit both our members and the public as a whole. Our motto for the new decade is efficient, ethical, modern and detail driven. These are the principles that will drive the brand to 2030 and beyond.
